The design of the new AOC PDS27T1 elaborates the idea of asymmetry and thereby, follows the design tradition of its preceding models.

The sculptural stand accentuates the concept through a sophisticated, architectural shape. The form of the stand logically follows the distribution of force within the monitor, widening up to the point that holds most weight. The shape therefore perfectly reflects the mechanically needed structure to hold the screen. The stand finally evolves into almost a blade cutting into the back surface of the monitor. Despite elaborating the asymmetry within the stand, the monitor appears coherent and harmonious from its frontal view.

The backside is characterized by an elegant curvature. Any plugs are being perfectly hidden underneath a constructed hatch to avoid any impairment of the surface. The subtle shape of the back panel creates a thin and sleek side silhouette while still offering enough space for the integrated speakers.
