Rich Sound in a Purist Design

Small concerts are special for a big reason: either there is a small stage, or no stage at all, and the speakers are a clearly visible part of the event. So it’s no wonder that Adam Hall GmbH, a specialist in event and sound technology, was looking for a partner to design a loudspeaker that combines the performance of a professional speaker with the aesthetic of a high-quality retail device.

Our solution has retained the typical tower structure, which has proven its worth particularly due to its excellent acoustics, and has adopted a new triangular floor plan. The floor unit and the tower merge seamlessly, giving the overall design a cohesive look – without compromising on functionality.

The speaker is still incredibly easy to dismantle and can be taken away without any hassle after the concert. This means that at small concerts, music fans can now enjoy not only the rich sound of their favourite musicians, but also the minimalist design of the Adam Hall speakers.

The distinctive, three-part MAUI® P900 column system is constructed from high-strength aluminium with a multi-layered elastic front covering and can be set up in a matter of seconds without the need for cables, thanks to specially developed multi-pin connectors.

The minimalist control panel features system and subwoofer volume controls, two XLR sockets for stereo input and two XLR outputs for a wired stereo configuration of two systems.

The 50 neodymium speakers and 1,400 watts RMS of the Class D power amplifier in this groundbreaking column system produce a maximum sound pressure level of 131 dB with a frequency response of 42 – 20,000 Hz.
